From your arrival to Palawi asia spa
Entrance
In the first entrance room, you change into a disinfected set of slippers. After locking your shoes in the locker, feel free to leave all your worries locked in this locker as well.
Welcome
You can reach the reception area through another entrance door. You will be welcomed by our Spa Lady, who speaks at least Slovak and English. You will receive a welcome drink, fresh lemon juice and fill out an entry questionnaire /on your first visit, or you will only draw attention to the changed state of health since the last visit/.
The process itself
The Spa Lady will explain the process of the procedure and introduce you to your therapist /speaking in her native language, simple English and the basic words necessary for the procedures in Slovak/. The therapist will guide you throughout the selected ritual until she takes you to the social room for final relaxation. The course of the selected ritual itself is specific and described in detail in the individual products in the SPA menu.
The end
Spa Lady will offer you a farewell drink - fresh ginger tee. You can drink it in peace in the relaxation room with an interesting book from our library.
